1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, broken, or physically tampered, you may request a return.

B. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return and replacement.

C. Expired or Spoiled Product

If any delivered item is expired or spoiled, you are eligible for a return and full replacement/refund.


2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless defective or spoiled)

  • You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Products opened or partially consumed

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items ordered by mistake or if the customer “changes their mind”

  • Products without proof of damage/issue

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery


4. Return Process

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone

  2. Share

    • Order ID

    • Registered mobile number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement based on availability

Replacement or refund will be provided as per Refund Policy.


5. Replacement Policy

If the return request is approved:

  • We will replace the same product

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

  • Customer may choose another product of equal value (optional)


6. Return Pick-Up

  • Pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (where applicable)

  • In areas where pickup is not available, customers may be asked to send the product back and share the courier receipt
